Now Accepting Construction Wood Debris

Blue Hen Organics is now permitted to accept source separated construction wood debris including discarded lumber, pallets, plywood, and particle board for composting.  Blue Hen Charges $40 per ton to drop off wood waste.  Wood waste must be separated from all unacceptable materials such as other building materials, trash, and non-recyclable wood including: painted, treated, or stained wood.  Surcharges will be applied to all loads containing unacceptable materials or loads may be rejected for excessive contamination.
